From a young age, I was thrust into the treacherous world of gangs and violence. Despite the danger, this perilous lifestyle consumed me for years, leading to a seemingly endless cycle of incarceration that stretched over decades. But then, during a pivotal moment in my life, an undeniable force intervened: God. Suddenly, everything changed, and I was no longer content with inflicting harm upon others. Instead, I was determined to use my experiences to help others avoid falling into the same trap as I did.

Years later, through dedication, hard work and perseverance, I helped create Divergent Recovery – an organization designed to provide individuals who want to break free from the chains of the past with the tools needed to succeed. Our dedicated team walks alongside the men and women we serve, offering guidance and support to help break them out of destructive cycles and move towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.
