Jason Rios began his career in the real estate industry in 2005 after graduating cum laude with a degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and currently serves as its LV alumni President.

He started out as a traditional Realtor before transitioning into the investing side under mentorship from highly experienced real estate investors to learn in-depth understandings of various investing strategies. This led Mr. Rios to form a house buying company in 2016 that became a leader in the Las Vegas market, which led to him joining various mastermind groups to help accelerate and improve his entrepreneurial and personal growth desires.

In 2020, Jason sought to pursue fulfillment through a purpose-driven venture, and with a myriad of opportunities available, he recognized the behavioral health world was the right path toward his desire to help transform a significant amount of deserving lives. This led to connecting with Garrett in 2022, and it became immediately evident that their visions were aligned. The birth of Divergent Recovery quickly followed.

Together they recognized Garrett’s passion and life experience could complement Jason’s business acumen and character to impact others’ lives by truly focusing on them as individuals. Jason is convinced that empowering like-minded teams is the best way to maintain the individual focus while meaningfully transforming thousands of lives, and this is the current path of Divergent Recovery.
